The ACE Mentor Program of America, Inc. (ACE) helps mentor high school students and inspires them to pursue careers in design and construction. The program is in 1,000 different high schools across the country and reaches about 9,000 students annually.
Our mission is to engage, excite and enlighten high school students to pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction through mentoring and to support their continued advancement in the industry.
With the support of industry partners through mentor volunteers and financial contributions, we have been able to provide students with career exploration, networking, and scholarship opportunities to purse construction-related careers.
How It Works
High schools across the Baltimore area are set up to emulate an actual design team, with students guided through a mock design project by their architect, engineer, and construction management mentors.
