We are looking for an Organization that can provide counseling and resources for teens that are, or think they are pregnant; peer-to-peer counseling for teens who are pregnant or new moms; assistance with navigating the system (home & hospital resources, obtaining health insurance, WIC, food stamps, daycare vouchers, etc) and breast-feeding support.
