Mission: Sisters Circle provides long-term mentoring to foster meaningful and sustainable change in the lives of girls and young women in Baltimore.  

School Partners: We rely on middle school partners to refer a select number of 7th grade girls based on our selection criteria. Additionally, we ask school partners to facilitate introductions to parents/guardians, provide report card data and meet virtually with our team to discuss our intake process.

Programs: Each girl is matched with a mentor who provides support through the middle and high school years. Pairs connect in-person twice a month outside of the school environment. Mentors create awareness, share information, model positive behaviors, and provide opportunities to practice life skills within the context of a trusted relationship. We create a sense of community and connection through monthly mentor-mentee activities, summer camp placements, and enrichment opportunities.
